Our business week is Monday through Friday.

Shopping Mall endeavors to ship all packages out within 1~4weeks business days of purchase. From time to time however, shortages of popular products may make it difficult to meet this goal. If this happens, you will be notified.

Shipping Methods

EMS and EMS(Premium)

Migidoll uses EMS and EMS Premium.   Shipping fee of EMS depends on weight and distance, and EMS Premium needs to be calculated by box volume on top of that. EMS Premium is quite complicating. For EMS Premium user, we have added EMS Premium Zone, which automatically calculate tentative shipping fee. The shipping fee is not very accurate, so that we would inform of accurate shipping fee to the EMS Premium user after confirming detailed order. Total price include the advised shipping fee is payed, and then order is Payment can be done, and then the order become complete.   EMS Premium users might feel inconvenient, but we thank you for your understanding in advance.   Shipping by airmail besides EMS is available.   Meanwhile, the air mail is cheaper than EMS, but they do not provide a tracking service.  Therefore, we do not responsible for the product loss.   Please ask by notice board if you want the airmail delivery.

Some items will require additional shipping rates due to their price. These additional rates will be reflected in the item description and will be added to the final cost of your order.
